Community Recovery Hub to open Sunday 6 March

A Community Recovery Hub will open from Sunday morning (6 March) at the Maryborough Pensioners Hall at 84 Adelaide Street to help flood-affected Fraser Coast residents
The hub will be open from 9am to 5pm providing services such as:
- Emotional support and psychological first aid
- Assistance with State Government Personal Hardship grant applications and
- Information and advice from various agencies on how to manage a safe and successful recovery.
The Hub will also include information and support services from organisations such as:
- Australian Red Cross
- Lifeline
- Maryborough Neighbourhood Centre
- Housing Services
- Centrelink
- Insurance Council
- Qld Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) and
- Department of Small Business
