Boundary Road - road and drainage works
July 2023 to mid-2024 (weather permitting)To allow for road and drainage works in Boundary Road to continue and for works to commence in Denmans Camp Road in conjunction with the Boundary Road Extension project the following traffic arrangements will be put in place in July 2023 to mid-2024, weather and material supply permitting. Please note that Variable Message Signs will be put in place indicating the July commencement date of these changes once the Contractor has confirmed this date:
- Denmans Camp Road - A one way/one lane traffic arrangement with traffic travelling in a northerly direction will be implemented. The section of Denmans Camp Road from Colyton Street to Cupania Way will be maintained with a two-way traffic flow.
- Maree Street - A one way/one lane traffic arrangement with traffic travelling in a southerly direction will be implemented. Maree Street north bound will be closed at Boundary Road; however, two-way resident only access on Maree Street will be maintained.
- Beth Street – a two-way traffic arrangement will be maintained in Beth Street, however residents will be unable to turn left into Denmans Camp Road.
- Colyton Street and Tavistock Street – the existing two-way detour arrangements will remain in Colyton Street and Tavistock Street.
UPDATE:
- Ironbark Street and Denmans Camp Road Intersection – A closure of the intersection of Ironbark Street and Denmans Camp Road is now planned to commence on 27 May 2024 and be in place until early July, weather and construction conditions permitting.
- Denmans Camp Road and Boundary Road Intersection – A full closure of Denmans Camp Road is planned to commence from 10 June 2024 and be in place for approximately two (2) weeks, weather permitting. The closure is required to enable deep lift asphalt surfacing works to be undertaken in this location. Whilst this closure is in place, a two-way traffic arrangement in Maree Street will be implemented to assist with detouring traffic around the closure area.
- Denmans Camp Road and Boundary Road Intersection – Following the completion of the deep lift asphalt surfacing works referred to above, Denmans Camp Road and Boundary Road, from its intersection with Denmans Camp Road, are planned to be reopened to two-way traffic.
- Maree Street – A full closure of Maree Street will be required to finalise the works associated with the raised pedestrian crossing at this location. This closure will commence on 5 July 2024 with works planned for completion by 15 July 2024.
Please note that once the works in Boundary Road between Denmans Camp Road and Maree Street have been completed, Boundary Road will be re-opened to two-way traffic.
In addition to the above changed traffic conditions, to allow for the final asphalt resurfacing of Grevillea Street, Grevillea Street at the Boundary Road intersection will be fully closed for a period of approximately five (5) days during the June/July school holidays.
- Denmans Camp Road - A one way/one lane traffic arrangement with traffic travelling in a northerly direction will be implemented. The section of Denmans Camp Road from Colyton Street to Cupania Way will be maintained with a two-way traffic flow.

Temporary road and footpath closure for intersection construction, signalisation works and road widening.

Road reconstruction works - Andersen Avenue (between Christensen Street to Johnston Boulevard)
Monday, 29 April 2024 to early September 2024, weather permitting.Road reconstruction works are planned to commence in Andersen Avenue between Christensen Street and Johnston Boulevard from Monday, 29 April 2024 to early September 2024, weather permitting.

Intersection signalisation and pathway works
Stirling Drive, Urraween (between Bay Drive and Main Street) - 20 June 2024 to 24 October 2024 (weather permitting)
A half road closure and detour will be put in place for intersection signalisation and pathway works on Stirling Road, Urraween from 20 June 2024 to 24 October 2024 (weather permitting). -
Astro Drive, Urangan - Temporary road and footpath closure from 1 July 2024
Astro Drive Urangan, will be temporarily closed from the intersection of John Duigan Drive to End. This will be closed to vehicular traffic until future development within the site occurs.

Arbury Street and Cheapside Street - 27 May - September 2024 (weather permitting)
Works are planned to commence on the replacement of the following sections of kerb and channel:
- Arbury Street (southern side) between Pallas Street and Cheapside Street; and
- Cheapside Street (eastern side) between Arbury Street and Margaret Street.
The works are planned to commence on 27 May 2024 with construction completion expected by September 2024,
weather permitting.The traffic management plan that will be put in place for the majoirty of the construction period will allow for a
one lane/one way traffic arrangement under traffic control.
