The Fraser Coast Libraries Design-a-Bookmark Competition is open!
The annual competition encourages library members to explore and unleash their creativity. This year there are 5 categories for entry – 6 years & under, 7-11 years, 12-17 years, 18-59 years, and 60 years & over.
Bookmarks are judged on originality, design and reproducibility. The community will also get to pick their favourite, with the coveted people’s choice award. All 6 winning entries will be awarded with a $50 gift card, as well as having their bookmark professionally printed and available to collect from each of our library branches.

2025 Mary Poppins Literary Competition
Calling all young writers on the Fraser Coast! Mary Inc. presents the 2025 Mary Poppins Literary Competition! Creative minds are invited to submit fantasy stories or poems based around this year's theme "An Unexpected Adventure" Open to Year 3 to Year 12 students living and/or attending school on the Fraser Coast.
