Pay a bill online / set up direct debit
You can pay your rates notices, animal registration renewals and health licences online. All other Council payments can be made through our Customer Service Centres.

- Phone 1300 361 496 to pay with credit card. Council accepts MasterCard and Visa cards only.
- Make regular Direct Debit deductions from your nominated savings or cheque account by either weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments - To apply for direct debit you can download Direct Debit request and/or amendment/cancellation and deliver to one of Council's Customer Service Centres or post to PO Box 1943, Hervey Bay Qld 4655.
- Contact your participating bank, credit union or building society to make payment from your cheque or savings account. The BPAY Biller code and reference number is located on your notice.

The most convenient way to pay your rates.
With direct debit, you can choose the payment amount and how often you pay.
Payment can be made weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, or on the due date from your nominated bank account.
To apply for direct debit you can download a direct debit request and/or amendments/cancellation form and submit it at one of Council's Customer Service Centres or post to PO Box 1943, Hervey Bay Qld 4655.
