Giant Rat’s Tail Grass

Giant rat’s tail grasses (GRT) are restricted invasive grasses that can reduce pasture productivity, outcompete desirable pasture species and cause significant degradation in natural environments.

Landowners/managers are required to take reasonable and practical measures to minimise the biosecurity risks posed by GRT on property under their control.
