All Fraser Coast residents and visitors are encouraged to report issues with trees, pavement problems, graffiti, dumped rubbish, waste services, water faults or any areas of concern.
Did you know that you can log a request in our system that goes directly to the staff member that needs to action your request? You will receive a unique and secure reference number to your email or mobile number upon submission which you can use to track your request.
Council has two 'flying gangs' that routinely visit rural and remote townships to carry out minor maintenance and cleaning activities.
The flying gangs are on top of Council's regular scheduled maintenance and capital works programs that are undertaken across the region.
