Martins Creek Reserve

Martins Creek Reserve is located at Toogoom on the northern bank of Martins Creek which runs through the site from east to west into the adjacent Beelbi Creek.

The creek-line and lake areas are notable for bird watching and a total of 94 bird species have so far been identified on the land.

Martins Creek is an important link between riparian and foreshore vegetation at the mouth of the nearby Beelbi Creek estuary and remnant vegetation further inland to the south and south-east.

Martins Creek Reserve can be located at Northshore Avenue, Toogoom.

A walking track runs behind Lake Kalvert from Clearwater Crescent to Swan View Court.
