Rates and Charges notice
- Phone 1300 361 496 to pay with credit card. Council accepts MasterCard and Visa cards only.
- Make regular Direct Debit deductions from your nominated savings or cheque account by either weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments - To apply for direct debit, simply complete an online form by registering through e-Services or alternatively you can download Direct Debit request and/or amendment/cancellation (PDF,112kB) and deliver to one of Council's Customer Service Centres or post to PO Box 1943, Hervey Bay Qld 4655.
- Contact your participating bank, credit union or building society to make payment from your cheque or savings account. The BPAY Biller code and reference number is located on your notice.
