Notice of post-election meeting 22 April 2020

The Post-Election Meeting will be held at 10am on Wednesday, 22 April 2020 at Maryborough City Hall to conduct the following business:

1. Confirmation of Declaration of Office;
2. Appointment of Deputy Mayor;
3. Appointment of Day and Time for holding of Ordinary Council Meetings;
4. Nomination for Election of the Local Government Association of Queensland Policy Executive District Representative 2020-2024;
5. Appointment of Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the Local Disaster Management Group; and,
6. Councillor Remuneration - Pay as you go (PAYG) and superannuation contribution resolution. 

Notice is given in accordance with Section 277 E of the Local Government Regulation 2012,  the Post-Election Meeting of Council will be closed to the public because of health and safety reasons associated with the public health emergency involving CoVid-19.
The Post-Election Meeting of Council will be available to view via Live Stream on Council’s Facebook page.
