The Botanic Gardens are situated on a 26-hectare property which was established to display plants of the Wide Bay and Sandy Straits regions.
Natural bushes, formal gardens and wetlands merge together to provide an environmental delight
Areas of interest include the Japanese Bridge, Bush Tucker Garden, Aboriginal Bush Tucker Garden and the Woodland/Wetlands area.
The Bush Chapel provides an open air cathedral surrounded by rainforest trees for your special day.
The Botanic Gardens are open from 6:30am to 7:30pm daily.
