Mary Christmas - Maryborough CBD Street Party

The Mary Christmas CBD Street Party is an amazing community Christmas event with something for everyone!

Join us for a festive afternoon and evening of fine dining, entertainment, shopping and fun for everyone! Plus, see the official lighting up of the community Christmas Tree as a special feature of this event.

The Mary Christmas CBD Street Party is a chance to relax, enjoy and stock up on Christmas Gifts and unique products from our local sellers. Kids enjoy an amazing kids zone with a range of rides and fun activities. Our fantastic local live band will have you up on your feet and 'Rockin' around the Christmas Tree' all night long with their party tunes!

PLUS SEE SANTA & MRS CLAUS...
Santa and Mrs Claus arrive at 5.30pm so be sure the kids are here early to see them arrive! Come and have a chat to Santa and Mrs Claus, grab a photo and give them a high-five.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!
Make sure you have a wander through Santa's Workshop inside City Hall. There's lots of free activities for the kids to do, plus free face painting!
Our good friend Mr Whippy will also be running his very popular Ice Cream competition! (Thank you Mr Whippy!) To sign up, you'll need to arrive early as there's limited contestant spots available. See Mr Whippy at the event for details and entry.

COMPETITION TIME
That's not our only competition, we also have a Kids Colouring Competition for ages 0-14 with 5 fantastic lolly hamper prizes up for grabs! Keep an eye on our Facebook page and we'll upload the Competition or pop in and see Linda at Century 21 on Adelaide Street to pick up a copy so you can colour in before the event. We'll also have competition sheets available at MCPAI info tent at the event.

Then there's our crowd favourite, Scavenger Hunt! Find all of Santa's reindeer, write down the code words and return your entry to our MCPAI info tent to go into the draw to win one of 2x $50 gift cards. Pick up your Scavenger Hunt entry form from the MCPAI Info tent at the event. (Thank you to Linda Ausburn - Century 21 for sponsoring the colouring competition, Kids Prize Raffle and Scavenger Hunt!)

There's some great prizes to win in our CHRISTMAS RAFFLE too! Tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5 and can be purchased at our MCPAI Info tent at the event.

AMAZING KIDS ZONE
Our AMAZING kids zone includes 2 jumping castles, bungee run and laser tag. Additional free craft activities and face painting are provided in Santa's Workshop inside City Hall by our wonderful not-for-profit groups and Fraser Coast City Council.

Kids Wristbands available for just $15 per child! This includes unlimited access (up to 4 hours) to the rides all event and a ticket in our Kids Prize Raffle. Purchase ride wristbands from our MCPAI Info tent.

DINING ZONE
Our dining zone boasts a huge range of food and beverage businesses with delectable dinner options, tantalising dessert options and a variety of tasty drink choices (no alcohol at this event sorry).

No one will go hungry at this party! There is so much variety to choose from.

CANDY CANE LANE MARKETS
Visit the Candy Cane Lane Markets to stock up on unique and beautiful Christmas Gifts or spoil yourself with something from the beautiful range of boutique products on offer. We have over 30 stalls so you're bound to find something just right for you!

• Come and grab a free photo at the Hervey Bay Photobooth (with thanks to our photobooth sponsor, RFM Macadamias).
• With thanks to Fraser Coast Wildlife Sanctuary, come and see their popular Reptile Display.
• Look out for Bluey and Paddy the Platypus as they make their way around the event!
• Come and see the gorgeous line up of cars from the Maryborough Street Machine's group, on Adelaide Street and enjoy the beauty and muscle of these historic cars.
