Kick off the new year and celebrate Australia Day with a fantastic family day hosted by Burgowan Bowls Club!
Come together, make new friends, and enjoy an exciting day full of food, fun, and lawn bowls!
Whether you're new in town or a local legend, this event is the perfect chance to connect and celebrate!
- Lawn bowls for all ages – Try your hand at lawn bowls! From kids to seniors, everyone can get in on the action, with prizes up for grabs and friendly help from our club coaches and life members.
- Spit roast feast – Savour a mouthwatering spit roast lunch with all the trimmings – it’s our treat for the day!
- Live music and entertainment – Enjoy tunes from a live musician who’ll keep the energy up and the fun rolling as we bowl, dine, and celebrate.
- Kids’ fun zone – Kids can join junior lawn bowls and fun games with prizes, certificates, and special gift bags filled with goodies (coloring books, pencils, and more!)
- Prizes for everyone – Hit the green for a chance to win exciting prizes like meat vouchers, fruit and veggie baskets, chocolates, wine, and more. Plus, every young bowler gets a treat just for participating!
