Cooking for One - 6-Week Program
Join the 6-week cooking program designed to help you cook nutritious, delicious meals for one while learning how to store food safely for later use.
Living alone can make cooking feel like a challenge, but it doesn’t have to be!
Led by qualified nutritionist Sara Dengate, this hands-on workshop is tailored for individuals aged 50 and over, particularly those who live alone. Gain practical cooking skills, explore healthier meal choices, and discover how home-cooked meals can be both easy and cost-effective.
Each 2-hour session will feature a mix of guided discussions, cooking demonstrations, tastings, trivia quizzes, and hands-on activities. Take-home handouts will be provided to reinforce key concepts.
