Public Notice – Adoption of Economic Support Instrument

Notice is given under section 68E of the Planning Regulation 2017 that on 28 October, Fraser Coast Regional Council adopted an economic support instrument.

The Fraser Coast Regional Council economic support instrument (docs reference #4146744) was first published on the Fraser Coast Regional Council website on 29 October, 2020 and has effect from that date. The Fraser Coast Regional Council economic support instrument will cease to have effect on 17
September 2021, unless earlier revoked.

The Fraser Coast Regional Council economic support instrument is available for inspection and purchase at the Hervey Bay and Maryborough customer service counters and can be viewed on
Council’s website at https://www.frasercoast.qld.gov.au/fraser-coast-planning-scheme.
