SPECIAL MEETING NO.1/24
A Special Meeting will be held at 9am on WEDNESDAY, 19 JUNE 2024 at the Hervey Bay Council Chambers, 77 Tavistock Street, Torquay, to conduct the following business:
- Adoption of 2024/25 Operational Plan
- Adoption of 2024/25 Budget Policies
- Adoption of 2024/25 Fees and Charges
- Adoption of 2024/25 Budget
Pursuant to section 254D(3) of the Local Government Regulation 2012, the reports relating to items 2 – 4 contain information that is confidential to Council as it relates to the adoption of Council’s 2024/25 budget.
The documents will be made publicly available after Council has resolved to adopt its budget.
