Approved Inspection Program 02/2020

Council will apply a systematic inspection approach to:

Monitor compliance with provisions of the Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) Act
2008, Local Law No. 2 (Animal Management) 2011 with respect to:

• Dog registration;
• De-sexing of dogs;
• Number of animals kept at a property
  (compliance with permitted numbers);
• Enclosure requirements; and,
• Monitor compliance with conditions relating to the keeping of regulated dogs.

Start date: 1 July 2020 - 30 June 2021
Hours: 7am - 5pm Monday - Saturday.
Areas: All properties in Fraser Coast Regional Council Local Law areas.
Programme period: 30 June 2021.
