Expressions of Interest (EOI) Community leases Sport and Recreation land

Council seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from not-for profit incorporated community organisations which may want to lease sports and recreation land located at:

1) Tiaro sports and recreational grounds.
2) Tavistock Street sports and recreational grounds. 

For further information or to apply, complete the Expression of Interest submission form.  Please note that commercial use of the properties cannot be permitted. Any lease offered will be subject to Council approval and prepared in accordance with Council’s Policy for leasing to Community Groups (Sport, Recreation, Arts and Culture and Community).

Submissions are to be marked ‘Attention: Commercial & Leasing – Expression of Interest’ and be emailed to enquiry@frasercoast.qld.gov.au by no later than 5.00pm 18 June 2020.
