Torquay precinct
Place for health and wellbeing
Torquay is the busy centre of the foreshore, a hive of activity set in amongst the ‘green’ overlooking the ‘blue’.
Torquay is the largest of all the precincts and has the highest density of development – offering critical mass to future opportunities.
Torquay boasts an ideal swimming beach and location for a range of motorised and non-motorised water sports. There is an existing vibrancy and range of cafes, personal services, shops, and late-night dining.
